Emei Green from Sichuan. Greentea from Mount Emei. This mountain (3099m high) is one of the four holy Buddhist mountains of China. However, this simpler version does not come from the highest regions, it is more a cheaper "everyday" quality. Very typical and charecteristic - those teas have a very strong flavour of vegetables. A bit of broccoli, some fresh gras and earthy notes. All in all a flavoursome and spicy tea. It's also quite efficient - even from the simple Emei you can make two to three infusions.
