Ding Gu Da Fang - from Anhui. "Dein guter Fang" ("Your good catch") - that's one of the German nicknames for this tea. Similar to Lung Ching concerning leaf and taste, but a more roasted flavour. Deeper, slightly smokey, a little bit fruity - all in all a very aromatic tea, multifaceted and decorated with flowery notes. Brewing recommendation: Ideal for the "chinese everyday method" which means you leave the tea inside the pots and just keep adding water again and again.
