Anji Bai Cha - White Tea from Anji. Always delicious, lively, notes of Neroli, bamboo throughout all ist infusions. There's not much description necessary - anyone who knows Anji will be mesmerised. A top class tea! Created in 1981 this tea is gaining in popularity ever since. Top qualities are harvested as early as possible (sometimes before the end of march) and are hard to get in Germany since a huge amount stays in China - the tea drinkers there are simply willing to pay the better prices. Brewing recommendations: temperatur doesn't matter - this tea always tastes nice! Short brewing times at first, then slowing getting longer. The amount of infusions depends on the amount of tea that's been used.
